Know Your Rights as a Player

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Jili Up ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). 2. Eligibility & Registration

Registration Process

Providing false information during registration – including falsifying your age or identity – is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

3. Account Rules

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one active account on Jili Up. Operating multiple accounts, creating a new account after a previous one has been suspended, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods linked to your account. Jili Up will never contact you asking for your password – if you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password that you don't use for other services.
• Log out of your account when using shared devices.
• Do not share your login credentials with family members, friends, or anyone else.
• Report unauthorised access to your account immediately via our support channels.

Account Closure

You may request to close your Jili Up account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method after any outstanding wagering requirements are reviewed. Jili Up also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

4. Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on Jili Up are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We support the following deposit methods:

• E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
• Bank transfers: InstaPay, PESONet (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and other participating banks)
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel. Jili Up does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Third-party deposits – where someone else funds your account on your behalf – are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review. Funds deposited through fraudulent means or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Withdrawals

Jili Up is committed to fast, hassle-free withdrawals. Most requests are processed within one hour during operating hours. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name and verified on your account.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts that have been verified as belonging to you.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn – see Section 6.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Jili Up may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected.

Processing Times

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as cash.

Disconnections

Minimum and Maximum Bets

8. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any game, system, or software vulnerability
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, reverse transactions, or use of stolen payment methods
• Money laundering or using Jili Up for any illegal financial activity
• Sharing account access with third parties or acting on behalf of another person
• Any form of harassment or abusive behaviour toward other players or Jili Up staff

9. Responsible Gaming
